Pacaso in the Lake Tahoe area seeks a talented maintenance professional to keep single- and multi-family homes in top condition. You will handle preventive maintenance, on-call repairs, and travel across Pacaso properties, ensuring an exceptional Owners experience.
You’ll diagnose issues, perform tasks from appliance to HVAC and pool maintenance, log work orders, and coordinate with local teams. This full-time role includes a base salary of $85,000 plus a tools and vehicle stipend.
