Newport Beach Country Club is seeking a skilled and service-oriented Facilities Maintenance Technician 2 who takes pride in maintaining a premier club environment at the highest standard. This is a hands-on role for an individual who values quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and delivering an exceptional experience for both members and team.

• Perform day-to-day maintenance and repairs across club facilities under the direction of the Facilities Manager
• Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and drainage concerns
• Address basic electrical needs and assist with building systems maintenance
• Complete general carpentry repairs and facility upkeep projects
• Utilize a wide range of tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Identify potential maintenance concerns early and proactively recommend solutions

• Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance
• Hands-on capability with both technical and manual tasks
• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and solve routine problems efficiently
• Physical stamina to support an active, on-your-feet work environment
• Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills; able to interact positively with members and team
