Job Description Summary The Multifamily Maintenance Supervisor provides maintenance support and is accountable for delivering on our commitments to our residents. This includes quality move‑in, resident satisfaction, quality and timely service, and personal attention to our residents. The supervisor responds to residents' service requests and is instrumental in helping Cushman & Wakefield deliver superior customer service to our residents.

EssentialJob Duties
- Prepares all market‑ready apartments—including painting, carpet cleaning/repair, general repairs, and housekeeping—to ensure a quality product for residents.
- Completes resident service requests in a timely manner.
- Has knowledge of maintenance functions including plumbing, pool maintenance, air conditioning, heating, general carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting, caulking, snow removal, scheduling, and life‑safety issues.
- Maintains grounds, pools/hot tubs, common areas, and dog parks; keeps them clean and free of trash or debris and addresses safety issues.
- Performs on‑call emergency procedures as required.
- Reports maintenance issues that affect the budget—such as life‑safety, vacant repairs, property damage, and common‑area needs—to the manager.
- Schedules and performs preventive maintenance and records such activities.
- Is knowledgeable of state, local, and federal housing laws, codes, policies, and systems regarding maintenance.
- Attends training programs required by Cushman & Wakefield and local jurisdictions.
- Provides superior customer service and represents the company professionally at all times.
- Works any shift, Sunday–Saturday, to support the company's business needs.
- Knows proper use of cleaning agents and equipment used in job duties.
- Performs basic math operations and interprets bar graphs.
- Possesses a valid driver’s license.
- Has CPO if required by city or state.
- Possesses EPA 608 Type II certification.
- Adheres to Cushman & Wakefield safety policies and procedures.
- High School Diploma, GED, trade, technical, or vocational school.
- Three or more years of related experience.
- EPA 608 Type II, CPO, or other required local city certification.
This job operates in a professional office environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. It also requires regular travel between properties in varying weather conditions.
Physical DemandsTravel from floor to floor, climb stairs, travel outside between buildings in various outdoor weather conditions. Remain seated or standing for 85 % of the time; operate office machinery. Must be able to travel up to 10 % of the time. May need to exert force of up to 100 pounds occasionally or frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects.

Benefits and CompensationCushman & Wakefield offers a comprehensive benefits package that may include health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, and paid and unpaid time away from work. Compensation varies by location, experience, and other factors but will not be less than minimum wage. The pay range for this position is $25.29–$29.75 per hour.
