Housekeeper Opportunity in Newport, AR

Now hiring for a Housekeeper in Newport, AR. Pay rate is $15.00 per hour for a schedule of Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM. We need a Housekeeper to help clean our building each day. You will empty trash, clean surfaces, restock supplies, and keep areas looking good. This is reliable work with a team that values people who show up and get the job done.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Commitment to workplace safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards.

Previous janitorial, housekeeping, sanitation, custodial, manufacturing, or industrial cleaning experience preferred. Experience working in food production or regulated environments is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated. Ability to maintain productivity with minimal supervision. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout an 8-hour shift. Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, stooping, and repetitive cleaning motions. Ability to lift, carry, and move cleaning supplies and equipment. Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a production environment. Ability to wear required PPE, including hair nets, beard nets, and safety equipment.

Clean and maintain assigned production, warehouse, restroom, and common areas. Sweep, mop, sanitize, and disinfect floors, surfaces, and work spaces. Empty trash and dispose of waste according to company procedures. Refill sanitation and cleaning supplies as needed. Follow all food safety, GMP, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines. Operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning chemicals safely. Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready facility.

Report maintenance, sanitation, and safety concerns to supervisors. Support additional cleaning and sanitation projects as assigned.
