As a Maintenance Technician at Marriott International, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our properties. Working across our expansive portfolio of locations in 139 countries, you ensure operational excellence that aligns with our promise of superb service and premium quality hospitality. This role involves a wide range of maintenance duties, from routine inspections to addressing immediate guest needs, and handling emergency repairs.

You will also contribute to longer-term improvement projects to ensure our facilities set the benchmark in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks and inspections across hotel facilities to ensure equipment and systems operate effectively.
• Respond promptly to maintenance issues and emergency situations, providing fast and effective solutions.
• Maintain records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and replacements.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all areas of the hotel support the comfort and safety of our guests.
• Contribute to improvement projects aimed at enhancing facility quality and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and environmental policies.
