Overview
We Are Looking For Skilled And Dedicated Individuals To Join Our Team On a 4-days-on, 4-days-off Work Schedule. This Position Involves Performing a Variety Of Maintenance, Repair, And Service Tasks For Plant Equipment, Including:
- Machinery:
Dryers, lathes, clippers, splicers, saws, and mobile equipment. - Supply Systems:
Gas, electric, water, air, waste disposal, and conveyor systems.
- Follow detailed written and verbal job instructions to ensure smooth operations.
- Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and improve processes.
- Provide constructive feedback to enhance workplace efficiency and safety.
- Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, featuring:
- Moving machinery
- High-speed forklift traffic
- Seasonal environmental changes
