As a Maintenance, you’ll play a key role in supporting the health, happiness, and daily experience of the residents at Park Centre in Newton.

• Maintain a safe, secure, clean, and comfortable environment for residents, employees, and visitors.
• Repair and maintain property and equipment at Park Centre.
• Assist with routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure facilities operate efficiently.
• Respond promptly to service requests and emergencies.
• Collaborate with the resident services team to support resident comfort and needs.
