Coordinator, Maintenance

Job Description

Position Summary:

Compiles and maintains shop orders and records pertaining to maintenance and repair of plant facilities and equipment by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Orders department parts, materials, supplies
• Assembles information, sets-up, and maintains files in CMMS system
• Works with procurement team on parts follow-up and lead times
• Work closely with Maintenance leadership to plan and prioritize work
• Processes all plant maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Responsible for contractor scheduling of reoccurring work
• Generates and distributes preventative maintenance work orders
• Logs and does data entry for work orders, requests, and inventory control
• Performs other duties as assigned

Education/ Skills/ Experience:

High school diploma and at least 1 year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
