Position:Maintenance Technician
A Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the community, grounds, and equipment in accordance with federal, state, and local guidelines, community policies, and procedures. The role requires active participation in enhancing residents’ quality of life and a commitment to person-centered care.
Responsibilities- Maintain plant systems, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and equipment.
- High School diploma or equivalent desired.
- Experience in plant maintenance, electrical, plumbing systems, HVAC, and equipment repair.
