Cleans all common areas including elevators, halls, landings, stairs, resident activity areas, lobbies, and model units;
Maintains a clean laundry room in an orderly manner and stores chemicals in accordance with product or supervisor instruction;
Launders towels, bed linens, and resident laundry, and the upkeep of resident apartments;
Supports maintaining a community that is safe and clean for residents, associates, and visitors
