Summary
Responsible for supporting the day‑to‑day operations and maintenance of site facilities, ensuring a safe, efficient, and compliant environment. Assists in overseeing maintenance staff, coordinating repairs, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and facility guidelines.
Essential Functions- Supports the management of facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and safety compliance.
- Assists in coordinating the activities of maintenance staff and contractors for timely completion of tasks.
- Monitors facility systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety equipment, for proper functioning.
- Maintains records of inspections, maintenance, and repairs to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborates with hospital departments to address facility‑related needs and resolve issues.
- Participates in facility inspections and audits to ensure a safe and functional environment.
- Assists in budgeting and procurement of supplies and services for facility operations.
- Supports the implementation of energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives.
Associate's degree facilities preferred.

Licenses and Credentials—
ExperienceExperience in facilities management or maintenance 2–3 years required and experience in a healthcare setting 1–2 years preferred.
Knowledge,Skills and Abilities
- Proficient knowledge of facility management principles, including maintenance and operations of building systems.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills to oversee multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with staff and contractors.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to hospital operations.
- Proficiency in budget management and financial reporting related to facilities operations.
- Problem‑solving skills to address facility issues promptly and effectively.
