You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems, while leading Maintenance Tech I/II staff and overseeing preventative maintenance.
With 3+ years of maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work on-call, you will contribute to delivering exceptional resident living
