What You’ll Do:- Overseeing daily maintenance and repairs.
- Managing building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
- Performing routine inspections and ensuring safety compliance.
- Responding promptly to emergencies when needed.
- Experienced in building maintenance and repair for LTC environment.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- A great communicator with leadership abilities.
- Flexible to handle occasional emergencies outside of regular hours.
- Dedicated to bringing their smile and a positive attitude to work every day!
