What You'll Do:
As our Maintenance Director, you'll play a key role in ensuring our facility operates smoothly and efficiently. This hands-on position involves:
- Overseeing daily maintenance and repairs.
- Managing building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
- Performing routine inspections and ensuring safety compliance.
- Responding promptly to emergencies when needed.
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking someone who is:
- Experienced in building maintenance and repair for LTC environment.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- A great communicator with leadership abilities.
- Flexible to handle occasional emergencies outside of regular hours.
