Production Cleaner

The Production Cleaner keeps all working areas in the production departments clean and orderly.

• Follow safety procedures and report unsafe conditions.
• Maintain quality and attention to detail, ensuring SARSTEDT standards are met.
• Organize stage boxes, materials, and supplies.
• Execute cleaning plan with precision, including floors, hallways and other work areas.
• Transport trash and waste to assigned disposal areas.
• Replenish bathroom supplies as needed.
• Promote continuous improvement of cleaning processes and steps.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Exceptional reliability, dependability, and integrity.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on repetitive tasks.

• Work Day shift (8:00 AM‑4:30 PM), Monday‑Friday, occasional Saturdays.
• Frequent use of arms, hands and fingers for duties.
• Operate motorized floor scrubber and buffer.
• Lifting up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Work in an environment with ongoing background noise.
