Troubleshoot equipment failures and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence;
Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance according to established schedules;
Accurately complete maintenance work orders, CMMS entries (Maximo), predictive maintenance checklists, and all required documentation;
Communicate equipment status, maintenance activities, and potential issues to coordinators, supervisors, and operators;
Collaborate with engineering on assigned projects and coordinate with outside contractors for preventive maintenance and repair activities
