Base Hourly: $15-$18

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Alternate 6 AM-2:30 PM schedule available)

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Freight Shipping Clerk to join our Shipping & Warehouse Department in the Production Division. In this active, hands-on role, you’ll play a vital part in preparing and shipping recycled auto parts to customers, retailers, and distributors across the country.

This isn’t just about moving boxes — you’ll inspect, secure, and dispatch shipments that directly impact our customer satisfaction and our reputation for quality.

• Take ownership of inspecting auto parts before shipment and flagging any damage
• Pack and palletize items — from small parts to heavy components — with protective materials
• Select carriers, dispatch loads, and prepare shipping paperwork
• Communicate with customers on freight issues (delays, damages, etc.)
• Organize outgoing orders neatly for pickup
• Ensure all orders ship same-day or by the following morning

• Must be 18 or older
• Forklift experience (or willingness to certify)
• General auto parts knowledge preferred
• Freight/dispatch experience a plus
• Familiarity with shipping software
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and safety

• Operate forklifts/equipment to move parts up to 1,000 lbs
• Stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout entire shift
• Work in a warehouse environment with consistent physical activity
