** Do you take pride in creating clean and inviting spaces? Are you passionate about going the extra mile to make a positive impact on others? As Housekeeping at Flaherty & Collins Properties, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our residents and guests enjoy a spotless, well-maintained environment every day.
** What You'll Do:
*** Maintain the cleanliness of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, fitness centers, restrooms, and laundry rooms.
* Clean and prepare vacant apartments for new residents, ensuring they meet our high standards.
* Perform daily, weekly, and seasonal cleaning tasks as needed.
* Restock supplies and report inventory needs.
* Inspect and ensure all assigned areas are clean, organized, and in good repair.
* Report maintenance or repair issues promptly to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager.
* Follow safety protocols and guidelines to create a safe and healthy environment.
* Assist with special projects or community events as needed.
* Physical tasks are required, along with other duties as assigned.
