Maintenance Custodian Associate

Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations;
Cleans all areas of the Facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash) following company procedures and using approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment;
Maintains a safe and clean environment for Members and Associates by responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of recyclables in line with the Environmental Sustainability Program;
Maintains appropriate levels of chemicals and supplies, rotates and stores chemicals properly, and places orders to replenish supplies when low;
Contributes to a positive member experience by ensuring a well-kept facility and parking area.
