• Perform general repairs and preventative maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.)
• Respond to work orders promptly
• Help maintain community curb appeal, cleanliness, and safety
• Assist with unit turns and seasonal upkeep
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures

• Previous maintenance experience (multifamily preferred)
• HVAC, plumbing, and electrical skills a plus
• EPA Certification a plus, not required
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and climb stairs/ladders as needed
• Basic tools and reliable transportation
