Maintenance Supervisor – Ashton on Main | Nicholasville, KYBrookside is hiring an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for Ashton on Main in Nicholasville, KY. If you have multifamily maintenance experience, strong HVAC skills, and the ability to lead a maintenance team, we want to hear from you.

- 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience
- EPA Type II or Universal Certification required
- Strong HVAC experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general apartment maintenance
- Leadership experience or ability to lead a maintenance team
- Reliable transportation and basic hand tools
- Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies
- Ability to work outdoors and perform physical maintenance tasks
- Lead and oversee the property's maintenance team
- Complete work orders, repairs, and apartment make-readies
- Troubleshoot and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems
- Coordinate vendors and outside contractors
- Maintain inventory, supplies, and maintenance records
- Help manage the maintenance budget
- Ensure the property meets safety and maintenance standards
- Provide responsive, professional service to residents
- Follow OSHA, EPA, Fair Housing, and company safety standards
