To improve student achievement by performing a variety of advanced journey level skilled work in the maintenance, construction and repair of buildings and equipment in trade areas requiring local or state licensing.

• Boiler – Class 3 Service Mechanic license

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair of low-pressure steam and hot water boilers and associated equipment.
• Develop, implement, and perform a procedure for daily maintenance and preventive maintenance of boiler systems.
• Develop, implement and maintain a procedure for boiler preventive maintenance scheduling.
• Coordinate with contractors for repairs beyond in-house capabilities.
