• Perform general maintenance for residential and light commercial building repairs
• Execute carpentry, drywall, painting, basic electrical, and plumbing tasks across assigned properties
• Coordinate with and engage subcontractors to address more complex maintenance issues

• Demonstrated general facility maintenance skills across multiple trades
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, professional demeanor
