R.J. Corman Railroad Group is seeking a Building & Facilities Maintenance Technician to maintain, repair, and upkeep of company buildings, grounds, and facilities in Kentucky. You will handle plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and preventative maintenance to keep facilities safe and functional.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting, coordinating with contractors, and maintaining records. Must work independently, follow safety policies, and participate in on-call rotations as required.
