About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Controller to join a growing manufacturing organization and lead all corporate accounting and financial reporting functions. This is a highly visible leadership role that will partner closely with executive leadership to support business growth, operational performance, and strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in manufacturing accounting, cost accounting, financial reporting, consolidations, and acquisitions. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact while leading a talented accounting team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead all corporate accounting operations, including general ledger, financial reporting, and month-end close activities.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Oversee multi-entity consolidations and financial statement preparation.
• Drive manufacturing cost accounting activities, including inventory accounting, standard costing, and variance analysis.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and integration efforts from an accounting and financial reporting perspective.
• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP.
• Partner with executive leadership and operational teams to provide financial insights and support business decision-making.
• Coordinate annual audits and serve as a key point of contact for external auditors.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA required.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• Manufacturing accounting experience required.
• Strong expertise in cost accounting, inventory accounting, and financial reporting.
• Experience with acquisitions, integrations, and multi-entity consolidations.
• Proven leadership experience managing accounting teams.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls.
• Advanced Excel and ERP system experience.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary: $160,000 - $180,000
