Collections Specialist

Full Time, Monday-Friday, 9am start

Hourly: $25.96 - $32.45

• Managing and collecting receivables from customers, resolving billing issues, setting up payment plans, placing customers on COD or product hold, and assisting with accounting efforts to reduce overall accounts receivable.
• Requesting and pursuing payment on delinquent accounts through communication with account holders while maintaining a log of payment promises and account details, and scheduling follow-up communication as part of bookkeeping efforts.
• Following established guidelines to review and update account statuses, and monitoring accounts receivable and cash receipt reports.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's Degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 3 to 5 years of specific experience.

• Master’s Degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
