You will:

* + Strengthen pricing, segmentation, and sales execution

+ Advance value-based pricing and portfolio discipline

* + Lead end-to-end performance (quality, reliability, cost)

* + Build and lead a high-performing team

** Minimum Qualifications*
* + 10+ years as a  
** GM or business leader
** with P&L ownership

+ Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Chemistry, or Business)

** innovation and portfolio leadership*
* + Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams

** Preferred*
* + Experience in  
** polyethylene packaging**  (food & industrial)
