Base Salary Range: 43,680 - 67,700 USD annual
Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service in all interactions, including referring customers to appropriate partners for consultative conversations.
- Deepen customer relationships by listening, asking questions, and guiding them to meet financial needs.
- Provide follow‑up to customer questions and find solutions to address issues.
- Be responsive and timely with correspondence, keeping lines of communication open and clear.
- Maintain confidentiality of all customer business and uphold the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
- Perform daily office responsibilities, maintaining efficient office operation with the platform team.
- Maintain balancing records in line with policy, correct outages, and seek assistance as needed.
- Stay current on bank policies and financial center procedures and keep up to date on changes.
- Handle consumer and business customer problems professionally, directing complex issues to the Lead Customer Service Representative or leadership as required.
- Demonstrate sound judgment in decision making, abiding by established guidelines and procedures.
- Identify customer needs and refer customers to Bankers and business partners for consultative conversations.
- Build and maintain working knowledge of the Retail products and services offered.
- Utilize appropriate tools for all referrals and track them.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Extensive cash handling experience.
- Experience working with the public and adherence to dress code guidelines.
- Comfortable and confident interaction with customers.
- Knowledge of retail policies and procedures necessary to perform essential duties.
- Ability to take initiative, demonstrate sound judgment in decision‑making and problem resolution.
- Commitment to the company’s core values, working as one bank, taking accountability, respecting and including others, and acting with integrity.
- Flexibility in scheduling.
- Normal office environment.
- Extensive viewing of computer screens.
