SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Seasonal Customer Service Representatives for a large, well known company in Niles, IL. The premise of this role is providing efficient and accurate information to both internal and external company customers by utilizing their knowledge of the company products and programs as well as team members within the Customer Care Department. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members!

All seasonal employees are offered competitive compensation ($20/HR) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Available shifts include M-F 8am-4:30pm. This position is 100% onsite.

Seasonal Customer Service Representative

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answering inbound calls for fundraising and E-Commerce customers
• Retrieving voicemails and placing outbound calls to customers
• Responding to customer emails
• Maintaining professional communication with customers & coworkers
• UPS tracking of orders and updating our customers with delivery information

Seasonal Customer Service Representative Requirements and

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel)
• Must be able to speak, write, and read English
• Must be able to sit for long periods of time (up to 90% of the workday)
