Customer Service Associate – Car Wash
Job Level: Entry-Level
Location: Niles, IL
Status: Full-Time & Part-Time
Compensation: Earn $20+/hour with commission (base $15–$16/hour)
Benefits: Flexible scheduling with part-time and full-time positions available (20–40 hours/week), free car washes, and commission earnings on monthly membership sales.

About the RoleAs a Customer Service Associate (CSA), you're the face of WashU. Your main focus is creating a great experience for every customer and helping them find the membership that fits their needs. No car wash experience needed — we'll train you. What we're really looking for is someone friendly, reliable, and motivated to earn.
What You'll Do- Greet customers and answer questions about our services and membership packages
- Sell and upsell monthly memberships and premium wash services
- Process cash and card payments accurately
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly
- Monitor vehicles through the wash and operate equipment including power washers and vacuums
- Help keep the facility clean and well-maintained
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking to people
- Motivated to hit goals and earn commission
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to work weekends and holidays
- Able to handle a fast-paced, outdoor work environment
- Cash handling experience a plus, but not required
