• Create 3D models of simpler designs and complex 2D drawings that meet accepted drafting practices.
• Perform entry‑level linear stack‑up studies.
• Execute assigned tasks to meet schedule and coordinate details with other departments as required.

• Understand and apply fundamental Geometric Dimension & Tolerancing or international equivalent at an intermediate level.
• Familiarity with manufacturing and assembly processes.
• Demonstrated commitment to quality and professionalism.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to process multiple types of information and/or perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic organization and prioritization skills.
• Collaborative teamwork and cooperative interaction with others.
• Problem‑diagnosis and resolution skills with timely decision making.
• Assist other drafters with tasks.
• Demonstrated ability on a day‑to‑day basis to effectively balance workload.

This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
