• Conduct technical reviews and provide feedback to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred).

• Minimum of 7 – 10 years of experience in Fpg or Asic design and development, preferably within the audio or consumer electronics industry.

• Proven experience managing and leading a team of engineers, preferably in Fpg design and circuit design roles.

• Strong expertise in Fpg development using Vhdl or Verilog, including synthesis, place and route, and static timing analysis.

• Solid knowledge of digital signal processing techniques, embedded systems, and digital/analog circuit design principles.

• Experience with Fpg design tools, such as Amd/Xilinx Vivado or Altera Quartus, and familiarity with Fpg development kits.

• Proficiency in using simulation and verification tools, such as Model Sim or Mentor Graphics Questa, to validate designs.

• Experience with Linux, networking and dev ops tools (Jenkins, bitbucket, etc.)

• Familiarity with lab test equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, etc.)

• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems, propose effective solutions, and make informed decisions.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
