Engineering Manager

Aegis is partnered with a global leader in aerospace and energy control technologies that designs highly engineered electromechanical systems used in commercial and military applications. They are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers supporting new product development and next-generation aerospace technologies.

Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 10-12 engineers

Manage engineering resources, budgets, and project priorities

Drive product lifecycle activities and continuous improvement initiatives

Collaborate with global engineering teams and cross-functional departments

Support engineering strategy and future product development efforts

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
10+ years of engineering experience2+ years of engineering leadership experience

Aerospace or other highly regulated manufacturing experience

Strong electromechanical product development background

Experience leading teams and managing engineering resources
