Position Responsibilities- The Pricing Analyst supports business partners including RGM by coordinating activities within an assigned area on the pricing and contracts team.
- As a Pricing Analyst, you will collaborate with the pricing supervisor to assign and review tasks and performances of pricing analysts including analyzing pricing trends, executing all pricing processes, and investigating escalations.
- You will analyze fixed rate funding against current volume forecasts and pricing accruals, oversee off-invoice accruals to ensure they are accurately captured across customer and package levels, and apply economic and accounting principles to ensure precision.
- This role will achieve assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), identify and implement solutions for continuous improvement, address customer and sales needs, communicate trends to leadership, and propose innovative solutions to enhance the customer experience.
- You will ensure the team monitors the shared pricing email inbox to address questions from the sales teams and assist the supervisor with communication among sales, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), and leadership teams.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree and 4 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED) and 7 plus years of specific experience.

- Master’s Degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
