Estimated annual base pay:
- Government Proposal Financial Analyst II: $72,000 - $93,000
- Sr Government Proposal Financial Analyst: $85,000 - $110,000
- All members included in annual cash bonus opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
- Learn and follow the processes defined in Woodwards Cost Estimating and Pricing manual.
- Develop and prepare FAR Part 15 compliant proposals, ensuring full compliance with the Truthful Cost or Pricing Data Act (formerly TINA) when required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather required data and insights for proposal development.
- Assist in interfacing with DCAA and DCMA during audits, providing requested documentation and explanations.
- Prepare responses to customer audit requests, ensuring clear communication and timely submission of required materials.
- Support process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Read and understand Basis of Estimates (BOEs) and Bills of Material (BOMs), while developing a working knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Reporting:
Preparing pricing, cost analysis, and audit support reports, and communicating financial information clearly to internal teams, customers, and government audit personnel. - Data Management:
Collecting, organizing, and maintaining proposals, pricing, and actual cost data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and traceability of supporting documentation.
- Demonstrates commitment to quality and has a continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
- Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)
- Financial Analysis:
Ability to perform detailed cost analysis, pricing analysis, and modeling using financial software and tools. - Accounting:
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices as they relate to cost analysis, pricing, and proposal support. - Data Analysis
