Trio Health Partners is seeking a Mental Health Therapist (Psychotherapist) to provide in-house psychotherapy at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Illinois. The role supports geriatric residents and integrates behavioral and physical healthcare with an interdisciplinary team.
You will manage a caseload with a minimum of 5 therapy hours daily, enjoy predictable hours Monday–Friday, and benefit from a comprehensive package including healthcare, 401(k), PTO, CME and licensure reimbursement.
