• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on and manual therapy.
• Treat orthopedic, neurological, sports, vestibular, and chronic pain conditions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans.
• Educate patients on exercises and rehabilitation.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, chiropractors, and other providers.
• Provide approximately 8-10 one-on-one patient visits per day.

• Active Illinois PT license or eligibility for licensure.
• Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred.
• New graduates with an active license are welcome.
• Interest in manual therapy and individualized patient care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Russian or Polish-speaking candidates are strongly preferred.

• Monday-Friday
• Day shifts with 2-3 evening shifts required.
• Clinic hours: 9 AM-8 PM
• No weekend requirement mentioned.
