Position: SAP PM / EAM IT Analyst – MRO Services (S/4HANA)

Position

We are seeking a SAP PM Functional Analyst to provide targeted support for our SAP Services organization, with a primary focus on SAP S/4

HANA Plant Maintenance (PM)
and MRO service order processing
. This role partners closely with the business to support, enhance, and continuously improve maintenance and repair execution across our operations. The ideal candidate brings hands‑on experience executing PM transactions (e.g., service orders, notifications, confirmations) along with the ability to collaborate on system configuration and process optimization. Success in this role requires strong business acumen, clear communication, and a customer‑oriented mindset;

while technical SAP skills are valued, we prioritize individuals who can translate business needs into effective system solutions.

Estimated annual base pay: $78,000 (minimum) - $102,000 (midpoint) - $125,000 (maximum)

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently elicit, analyze, and document business requirements; evaluate enhancement vs new solution options; collaborate with stakeholders to define scope.
  • Own documentation for assigned projects; coordinate and execute system testing, integration testing, and UAT to ensure the system meets business needs and traceability.
  • Facilitate cross‑functional teams to design and implement solutions; configure SAP modules to meet business requirements, including cross‑module integration; ensure alignment with organizational standards and promote reuse of existing capabilities.
  • Act as a liaison between business and IT; lead training sessions and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Identify and resolve complex platform‑related issues, providing timely support to users; manage enhancements and bug fixes; collaborate with developers to ensure quality and adherence to standards; own small‑to‑medium development efforts; mentor other team members as needed.
Key Skills / Qualifications
  • Experience with SAP EAM/PM modules and SAP S/4

    HANA implementations.
  • Experience with Druits IAM preferred.
  • Analytical & problem‑solving skills; analyze complex problems and recommend solutions.
  • Business process modeling; design and optimize business processes; identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Change management and training; lead training and change initiatives; develop materials; manage change requests and system changes.
  • Documentation & traceability; own documentation for projects; ensure version control and audit readiness.
  • Project coordination & execution; lead small projects or work streams; ensure timely delivery.
  • Requirements gathering & analysis; independently gather, analyze, and validate requirements; facilitate workshops.
  • Solution design thinking; translate requirements into functional designs; evaluate solution options.
  • Stakeholder communication; facilitate meetings, manage expectations, resolve conflicts.
  • Technical acumen; proficient in using and analyzing data within at least one enterprise system; deep knowledge of specific platform modules and integration points; collaborate with technical teams; demonstrate continuous learning mindset.
  • Testing & quality assurance; lead testing efforts; ensure traceability and quality standards.
