Business Analyst II - PMO​/OCM

Woodward is seeking a Business Analyst II to work closely with our Organizational Change Management (OCM) team and related stakeholders to implement a Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) software application that will help our business users to successfully adopt and gain proficiency in new software applications quickly and effectively. In this role, you will administer the application, configure it for optimization, become an expert in its operation, monitor its success, identify issues and recommend solutions that will improve its’ effectiveness across our organization.

Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

Estimated annual base pay: $78,000(minimum) - $102,000(midpoint) - $125,000(maximum)

Key Responsibilities:

Expertise:
Learn the DAP application in detail and become an expert in its use Monitor application analytics to identify areas of improvement/opportunity

Vendor:
Be the primary point of contact with the vendor/partner escalating issues as required and communicating issues or ideas for enhancements

Business Requirements Analysis:
Independently elicit, analyze, and document business requirements; evaluate enhancements;
Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope.

Documentation and Testing:
Own documentation for assigned projects;
Coordinate and execute system testing, integration testing, and UAT to ensure the system meets business needs and traceability.

Solution Design and Implementation:
Facilitate cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions;
Configure modules to meet business requirements, including cross-module integration;
Ensure alignment with organizational standards and promote reuse of existing capabilities.

Stakeholder Communication and Training:
Act as a liaison between business and IT;
Lead training sessions and manage stakeholder expectations.

System Development and Support:
Identify and resolve complex platform-related (e.g. SAP, Windchill, Workday, etc.) issues, providing timely support to users;
Manage enhancements and bug fixes;
Collaborate with developers to ensure quality and adherence to standards;
Own small-to-medium development efforts;
Mentor other team members as needed.
