• Design, implement, and optimize enterprise wireless network solutions across multiple facilities.
• Conduct wireless site surveys and RF analysis to ensure optimal coverage and performance.
• Troubleshoot complex wireless connectivity issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Lead wireless infrastructure deployment projects, including hardware upgrades and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate wireless solutions with existing network infrastructure and security protocols.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in networking or related field.
• 3+ years of experience designing and supporting enterprise wireless networks.
• Hands‑on experience with Cisco wireless technologies, including Catalyst Wireless, Meraki, and DNA Center.
• Proficiency in conducting RF site surveys using tools like Ekahau or Air Magnet.
• Strong understanding of 802.11 standards, RF fundamentals, and wireless security protocols.
