Position OverviewThe Chief of Staff serves as a trusted partner to the CEO and a central coordination point for the executive leadership team. This role is responsible for executive office management, leadership team cadence, board governance support, and Project Management Office (PMO) oversight.
This position ensures alignment across departments, drives meeting discipline, manages board processes, and maintains accountability through structured tracking of action items and enterprise initiatives. The Chief of Staff operates as both a strategic integrator and operational executor.
Key Responsibilities Executive Office Management- Manage CEO calendar, priorities, and executive communications.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings on behalf of the CEO.
- Prepare briefing materials and ensure readiness for key engagements.
- Oversee executive travel and event coordination as needed.
- Own the cadence and structure of LSL Leadership Team meetings.
- Develop agendas in partnership with the CEO.
- Capture and distribute meeting minutes and documented decisions.
- Track and follow up on action items, ensuring accountability and deadlines are met.
- Maintain visibility across cross-functional initiatives.
- Coordinate quarterly board meetings and special sessions.
- Develop and consolidate board decks in collaboration with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Product.
- Manage board materials distribution and secure document handling.
- Track board-level action items and governance requirements.
- Serve as liaison between executive team and board members for administrative matters.
- Lead and structure the PMO function across LSL Healthcare.
- Maintain enterprise project tracker with defined owners, timelines, and KPIs.
- Ensure strategic initiatives remain on schedule and aligned with corporate priorities.
- Identify execution gaps and elevate risks to CEO and leadership team.
- Standardize project documentation, reporting, and review cadence.
- Oversee planning and coordination of leadership offsites, workshops, and corporate events.
- Ensure seamless execution of company-wide meetings.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication related to major initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5-10+ years of experience in Chief of Staff, executive operations, consulting, or corporate administration roles.
- Strong experience supporting senior executives and board-level governance.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools.
The anticipated salary range for this role is $110,000-$150,000.
Compensation decisions are based on job-related factors including experience, education, skills, and internal equity, market considerations in compliance with applicable pay transparency laws.
