** Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
** Estimated annual base pay:** $96,000(minimum) - $125,000(midpoint) - $154,000(maximum)

Lead IT projects of varying complexity that are critical to Woodward's success. Accountable for project results.
* Project Artifacts:
Accountable for project artifacts (scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, etc.).

Lead project meetings and reviews.

Analyzes complex situations, identifies solutions, and makes informed decisions. Manages challenges and conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle. Leverages data and metrics to evaluate options and choose the best course of action.
