Estimated annual base pay: $72,000.00 (minimum) – $93,000.00 (midpoint) – $ (maximum).

- Lead projects and mentor project coordinators.
- Accountable for product actions and project results.
- Maintain project artifacts (scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, etc.).
- Lead project meetings and reviews (project governance).
- Accountable for project gates and deliverables (project management).
- Manage suppliers and their development schedules.
- Leadership (Empathy/Influence/Mentoring) – Inspires and motivates teams for medium to large size projects, builds trust, resolves conflicts, fosters collaboration, and drives commitment.
- Time Management / Prioritization – Manages multiple project schedules, sets milestones, ensures timely delivery, prioritizes tasks, and addresses competing demands.
- Communication – Conveys project information to stakeholders, team members, and sponsors; tailors communication to different audiences; proactively manages stakeholder expectations.
- Stakeholder Management (upward) – Engages stakeholders to ensure alignment, addresses concerns, balances competing priorities, and secures stakeholder buy‑in.
- Risk Management – Identifies, analyzes, and mitigates risks; develops contingency plans; monitors risks to minimize negative impacts.
- Problem‑Solving – Analyzes complex situations, identifies solutions, makes informed decisions, and escalates to stakeholders with options.
- Budget Management – Estimates, allocates, and manages project budgets; monitors financial resources and performance.
- Team Management (cross‑functional/matrix) – Builds teamwork, assigns roles, fosters collaboration, and creates a culture of excellence.
- Scope (Change) Management – Adjusts plans, controls scope, manages change requests, and ensures deliverables meet requirements.
- Technical Project Management Skills (incl. Scheduling) – Uses Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approaches; utilizes PM tools (Planisware, Jira); applies WBS and Gantt charts.
- Manufacturing experience.
- Experience managing complex projects.
- Experience relocating large equipment between plants.
