Project Manager II Estimated annual base pay: $85,000.00 (minimum) - $ (midpoint) - $ (maximum)

- Accountable for project results.

- Accountable for project artifacts (scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, etc.).Project Governance
- Lead project meetings and reviews.

Project Management
- Accountable for project gates and deliverables.

- Effectively conveys project information to stakeholders, team members, and sponsors. Tailors communication to different audiences (e.g., executives, technical teams, clients). Proactively manages stakeholder expectations and ensures alignment on goals.

Stakeholder Management (upward) - Engages stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives. Addresses stakeholder concerns, manages expectations, and balances competing priorities. Builds and maintains strong relationships to secure stakeholder buy-in and resolves conflicts.

Risk Management
- Identifies, analyzes, and mitigates risks throughout the project lifecycle. Develops contingency plans and addresses potential obstacles. Monitors and addresses risks to minimize negative and maximize positive impacts on project objectives.

Problem-Solving
- Analyzes complex situations, identifies solutions, and makes informed decisions with the support of the Program Manager or the PMO Leader. Manages challenges and conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle. Leverages data and metrics to evaluate options and choose the best course of action and escalates appropriately to the key stakeholders with options.

Budget Management
- Demonstrated ability to estimate, allocate, and manage project budgets effectively. Monitors financial resources and performance to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
