Salary Range: $23.50 - $23.50 hourly

Supervise shift personnel:

• Packers (QSD JD 012)
• Shipping/Receiving Clerk (QMS JD 011)
• Material Handler (QMS JD 005)
• Pouch Machine Operators (QMS JD 006)
• Printer/Slitter Operators (QMS JD 008)

Ensure that product manufactured meets specifications, on time, and within budget.

• Production planning and machine scheduling
• Inventory control of raw materials and finished goods
• Train new and current employees
• Monitor in-process Quality Control
• Machine set-up and operation
• Other duties as assigned

• Good human relation and supervisory skills
• 2-3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Microsoft Excel, Word, Access or other database applications
• Intermediate math skills
• Capable of standing 8-10 hours daily
• Able to lift and carry 60 lbs. or more
• English language skills (written and spoken)
• Able to visually recognize colors and particulate as small as 0.8 sq. mm.

High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
