Job Title: Manufacturing Scheduler

Location: Niles, IL
Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 (up to $95,000 for exceptional candidates)
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Manufacturing Scheduler to join our operations team in Niles, IL. This individual will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling all manufacturing jobs to ensure timely production and delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, experience in manufacturing scheduling, and familiarity with electronic planning systems like Print Flow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter and manage all job tasks in the scheduling system, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Verify deadlines and ensure production schedules are achievable
  • Coordinate work center schedules, beginning with printing operations
  • Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed
  • Communicate with Project Managers and production teams to optimize workflow
  • Generate reports on scheduling performance and suggest improvements
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing scheduling
  • Strong computer skills; experience with Print Flow or similar systems preferred
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with printing operations and work center coordination
  • Experience in manufacturing or production environments
Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Operations, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred
Additional Information:
  • Hours:

    Standard manufacturing hours (overtime possible as needed)
  • Background check and drug screening required
