* Estimated hourly base pay: $17.31 (minimum) - $22.60 (midpoint) - $27.88 (maximum) Plus overtime

Woodward is hiring 1st shift Stock handlers to support our Niles site. This position will be responsible for order picking and kitting parts and components that will be supplied to the production floor. Individuals with inventory experience and/or a strong attention to detail are highly encouraged to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

* Order Fulfillment:
Picks material from racks, trays and shelves, and prepares them for assembly, sub-assembly, spare part orders or other subsequent processes.

* Inventory Management:
Maintain and update accurate records of stock levels, monitoring for discrepancies and reporting them as necessary. Daily inventory counts to maintain cycle counts.

* Receiving Shipments:
Unload and inspect incoming stock to ensure all items are accurate and undamaged upon arrival.

* Stock Replenishment:
Restock shelves and displays promptly to maintain product availability and ensure the production is well supplied.

* Maintain Inventory Integrity and Traceability:
Attach identifying tags or labels to stock or mark information on containers.
