* Salary: $77,760 - $97,200 plus annual target bonus

Position Responsibilities:
* Manage cross-functional projects and short- and long-term strategic initiatives and provide hands-on technical support to resolve the manufacturing plant's issues
* Ensure sustained performance improvements, reduced downtime, and alignment with organizational goals
* Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs, including root cause and breakdown analysis
* Ensure equipment uptime and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards
* Manage Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for planning, scheduling, and documenting work orders
* Interpret blueprints, schematics, and Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&)
* Other projects or duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required
Education and Experience:
* Bachelor's Degree with 3 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 6 plus years of specific experience
Preferred
Education and Experience:
* Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification or Bachelor's Degree
