We're looking for a proactive and organized Sanitation Clerk who enjoys bringing structure to fast-moving operations. If you're energized by coordinating inventory, maintaining accurate records, supporting training and audit readiness, and helping teams stay organized and compliant, this role is for you. As a key support partner to the Sanitation team, you'll help ensure the department has the tools, information, and resources needed to operate safely, efficiently, and successfully.
- Create and manage SSOP (Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures), chemical usage records, and pre-operational inspection checklists through KLEANZ.
- Ensure all sanitation records are legible, fully compliant, and ready for regulatory or internal audits.
- Document deviations from cleanliness standards and track the corrective actions taken to resolve them.
- Oversee the execution of the Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS), ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks are assigned and completed.
- Track inventory levels of detergents, sanitizers, and PPE, placing purchase orders before supplies are depleted.
- Assist in training sanitation crew members on proper chemical handling, GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), and food safety requirements.
- Ensure team members adhere to safety guidelines, including the use of PPE and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
- Act as the primary point of contact between production, maintenance, and QA teams to address facility hygiene challenges.
Schedule
Shift: Tuesday - Saturday
Time: 10:00 pm - 6:30 am
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge of sanitation, food safety, GMP, and quality requirements within a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Experience with SAP
- AA/BA in Chemistry
Compensation
In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ( Rich s ), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.
Annual Range/Hourly Rate
$25.00-$27.00
