Warehouse Machine Operator (Palletizer)
Location: Niles, IL
Pay: $21.00/hour ($20.00 + $1.00 shift differential)
Shift: Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 AM (10.5-hour shifts)
Interview Process: In-person interview + site tour (approx. 1 hour)
About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Machine Operator to safely operate and maintain production equipment across Pre-Whip, Liquid, and Palletizer lines. This role supports production flow, product quality, and food safety in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, monitor, and perform changeovers on production equipment
• Make process adjustments and perform basic troubleshooting
• Conduct quality checks and complete production documentation
• Operate date coders and verify accuracy
• Follow GMP, food safety, OSHA, and plant safety standards
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Support other production areas as trained

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience (food manufacturing preferred)
• Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and climb throughout the shift
• Lift, push, or pull up to 55 lbs.
• Work in varying temperatures and high-noise areas with required PPE
